Job Description

We are looking for bartenders to join our standing bar team. Your responsibilities will include making drinks and providing customer service. We welcome experienced bartenders, but if you're motivated, no experience is necessary!

This standing bar started from the idea, "What if there was a place in Ginza where you could enjoy a drink for just 300 yen?" We're Japan's first no-cover-charge standing bar! Conveniently located near Hibiya Station and Yurakucho Station, our bar offers over 50 types of cocktails and food. Our cocktails, including a mojito officially recognized by the Cuban Embassy in Japan, are unmatched by any other establishment!

Our bar is fully equipped with a smoking booth, projector, screen, DJ booth, free Wi-Fi, and more! We also host private parties, making us a popular spot for many customers.

We're dedicated to staff development, making this an ideal environment for those who want to level up as bartenders or who are eager to create new cocktails and menus! Many of our staff members bring their unique skills to the table, creating a dynamic and enjoyable workplace where everyone inspires each other and broadens their horizons.

You can work without worrying about your hairstyle, hair color, or piercings—another great point! Part-time work is also available. We're just a 3-minute walk from Hibiya Station and a 5-minute walk from Yurakucho Station, making it easy to get here. Feel free to apply!

Even if you’re inexperienced, our senior staff will kindly support you as long as you’re motivated. We have an open and friendly work environment where everyone helps each other and has fun on the job. The majority of our team are in their 20s, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere!

We also have staff who balance part-time work with their studies or other jobs. With no restrictions on hairstyle, hair color, or piercings, everyone is encouraged to express their individuality. We also have female bartenders thriving in our team!

Work Hours:

• 14:00 to 03:00 (the following day)
• Available to work 3-5 days a week, with shifts of at least 6 hours per day.

★ Those who can work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are especially welcome!

Example Shifts:

• 14:00 to 23:00 (1-hour break)
• 18:00 to 03:00 (1-hour break), etc.

Transportation & Access:

Salary Details:

• Base Pay: ¥1,400/hour
  • After 10 PM: 25% increase (¥1,750/hour or more)
  • Overtime pay: 25% increase after 8 hours of work

Trial Period:

• Trial period: 1-2 months
• Conditions during the trial/training period: Same as full employment
