Work Description

Create, plan, and teach lessons to Preschool ~ Elementary level students through an immersive active English program. Using STEAM education, engage the students in a new fun way to learn english. Job details:

Weekend Program for Elementary School Students

Half-day work (only for AM) is 4.5 hours (9:00 ~ 13:30)

Full-day work (AM & PM) is 7.5 hours (9:00 ~ 17:30)

"Floater" is an assistant teacher that assists larger classes, events and projects. If a regular teacher is absent the my assume the role as substitute and get paid a homeroom teacher wage.

Working Days

Elementary Weekend Program

Typically every Saturday (On average 3 Saturdays a month)

36 Lessons/ Year

[Elementary School Campus] Hashimoto-dai, Sagamihara-shi, Kanagawa

Preschool Weekend Program

Full Day Work is 7.5 hours (8:30 ~ 16:30)

Typically every Saturday (On average 3 Saturdays a month)

[Preschool Campus] Aihara, Sagamihara-shi, Kanagawa

 

Duties

a) Lesson Planning, Unit and Level Checks, Active Immersive Games

b) Student Individual Progression

c) Personalized learning and quality instructions for students of all needs and abilities.

 

Administration

a) Daily Lesson Reports sent Via Application

b) Parent-Student Communication

c) Attend Weekly Meetings and Daily Updates

d) In-House Level Tests

e) PR and Special Promotion Activities

 

Salary/ Benefits

Training - 1150/hour

Floater - 1500~/hour

Homeroom - 2000~/hour

Pension (from October if employee works 20+ hours a week)

Medical Insurance (from October if employee works 20+ hours a week)

Commuting Allowance

Seasonal Holidays (Summer and End-of-year)
