Sakura Hotel, Hostel & Café Restaurant actively hires international staff. We are looking for individuals who can take on a variety of tasks related to hotel and café/restaurant operations.

Main Duties
Hotel Operations
- Reservation management support
- Guest services (in person, by email, and by phone in Japanese & English)
- Concierge services (sightseeing guidance, general support)
- Cleaning (guest rooms, common areas, office spaces, outdoor areas)
- Event planning and support (international exchange events, world cuisine events, etc.)
- Social media and blog content support
- Participation in store management (for interested staff)
Café & Restaurant Operations
- Hall service (customer service, cashier, serving)
- Simple food preparation assistance
- Support for menu development
Desired Candidates
- No experience required (training provided)
- Cheerful, proactive, and positive attitude
- Enjoys working with people
- Interested in travel (domestic or international)
- Enjoys food and cooking
- Interested in cross-cultural exchange
- Motivated to be involved in hotel/café/restaurant management
- Japanese language ability: JLPT N2 level or equivalent
Employment Type
- Part-time (with chance for full-time promotion)
Salary
- Hourly wage: ¥1,600
- Training period: ¥1,500 per hour
Holidays & Leave
- 2 days off per week (shift system, includes weekends and public holidays)

Working Hours
- (1) 7:00–16:00
- (2) 9:00–18:00
- (3) 12:00–21:00
- (4) 16:00–22:00 (no break)
- (5) 22:00–7:00
- Or any 5+ hour shift between 0:00–23:59
- 3–5 working days per week, shift-based
- Break: 60 minutes (in accordance with labor laws)
