Job Description
The tasks will revolve around multilingual contact center that operates 24 hours and 365 days.
By utilizing AI related technology, we provide services to more than 150 companies, including major corporations and government agencies.
Interpretation services include 3-way interpretation, 2-way interpretation, as well as video interpretation.
- 3-way interpretation: provided for foreign language incoming calls to the client's call center or representative phone using the 3-way call function, connecting the client, our company, and the customer.
- 2-way interpretation: provided to foreign customers who come directly to the client via telephone exchange (mobile or fixed-line).
- Video Interpretation: Interpretation services are provided via video using tablets.
- The candidates will be assigned to work in various industries and businesses, such as 3-way interpretation for major electric power companies, city halls, fire departments, major car rental companies, hotels, etc.

Working hours
- Shift system (8 hours per shift)
- Shift example: 08:00-17:00 (1hour break) ・13:00~22:00 (1hour break)
- No night shift
- For the position of manager, you may be required to work in the night shift, which is assumed to be about twice a week
Holidays and Vacations
- Approximately 121 days off per year
- Summer vacation (3 or more consecutive days of paid vacation are encouraged) - 9 consecutive holidays in combination with SW
- Year-end and New Year vacations (2 to 3 days of special leave that may vary according to the calendar) - 9 consecutive holidays in combination with paid holidays
