Job Description

Hawkeye Vintage is Australia's Leading Luxury resell company of luxury second hand goods, we operate the core of our business via social media platforms, sourcing for customers and live stream sales. It's a vibrant fun and exciting fast paced business with high demand for the products. We operate from two locations one in Melbourne and Overseas in Japan. We are looking for someone who has a passion for fashion and luxury goods, social media and ecommerce with highly organisation skills that can work in a very fast paced environment, like minded as the team members which includes highly driven and positive attitude and a team player. We are an evolving company with expansions in online live stream website sales and expanding into new countries in the near future. We have been operating for over 12 years and are the leading company of our type for Australia and NewZealand. It's a small team of around 8-10 staff and we are looking for the right person to fit our culture and team.

Your role as Brand Assistant will involve providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect products. Assist in contributing to engaging content, and fostering a vibrant online community around our luxury fashion brand. Key Responsibilities:

• Assistant digital marketing
• Content creation, reels, instagram feed, posts, stories and TikTok
• Klavio EDM and SMS
• Daily sales and customer service
• Live sale assistant and also capable to learn and grow into being a live seller
• Packing orders and lay-bys
• Assisting with any office admin daily tasks
• Customer service
• Highly organised
