Afterschool/Kindergarten teacher

Job Requirements

We are seeking a teacher .....

• English speaker (native speaker level)
• Currently reside  in Japan
• Able to commute to Sengawa, Chofu, TOKYO
• Have a proper working visa (we will support renewing your visa)
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or teaching or related area)
• Experienced working with younger children at least 3 years
• Familia with Project-Based Learning
• Good at working with a team

Job Description

Position

• You will be supporting the kindergarten class in the morning (including going to the park, Eating lunch with them, Writing reports, communicating with parents, planning and preparing lessons, classroom cleaning duties, etc)
• You will be in charge of the afterschool program "Project-based Learning" (Preparing, researching, getting ready for presentations, writing progress reports, communicating with parents, cleaning duties etc.)

Working Conditions

• Working hours:8 hours a day + 1 hour break
• Overtime:  2.5 hours a week may happen
• Optional: Saturday class 9:00-12:00 additional 2500yen an hour
• Holidays: Sundays, National holidays, School holidays (paid ), after working 6 months, 10 days of paid holiday.
• Transportation fees will be reimbursed up to 15000yen a month
• Social Insurance
