Job Requirements

• Standard driver's license (MT)
• Automobile maintenance experience (including those from mechanic school) or experience in automobile experiments and evaluations

These experience are advantageous (but not an obligation):

• Class B, Class 4 Certification for Hazardous Materials Handling

Job Description

Experimental measurement, evaluation, and certification services mainly for automobiles

• Vehicle testing (overall vehicle evaluation by driving on test courses and outside the company)
• Overall evaluation, including layout (maintainability and interference evaluation), ride comfort, power and fuel consumption, durability, maneuverability, stability, braking performance, sound and vibration, etc.
• Certification testing → Various certification tests for exhaust emissions, braking (brakes), noise, etc.
• Experimental engineering work related to vehicle testing
• Evaluation criteria study, data analysis, technical proposal, etc.
• Engine testing (including the engine bench and use of chassis dynamometer equipment)
• Drivetrain experiments (inspection of harshness, vibration, noise, etc., by using on-board equipment)
• Durability inspection of transmission and differential gears, shafts, etc.
• Unit testing (various evaluations during vehicle operation, vibration equipment, anechoic chambers, etc.)
• Evaluation of vibration, stress, noise, etc. of vehicle parts and radio interference
• Experimental engineering work related to engine, unit, and driveline tests

Working Hours

• 9:00-18:00 (8 hours per day)
• It may vary depending on the location

• Overtime pay will be 100% provided.
