Job Responsibilities
- Work at existing buildings and facilities
- Maintenance & management of HVAC automatic control systems
- Equipment operation checks
- Sensor measurement verification
- Core data backup
- Report creation
- Repairs and replacements
- Emergency response
- Work is assigned monthly via shifts
- Team-based (2–4 members), suitable for beginners
Training System

Working Conditions
- Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 (60 min break)
- Overtime: ~30 hours/month average
- Special clause: up to 99 hrs/month (max 6 times/year), 720 hrs/year
