Job Requirements

Qualifications:
→ Native or fluent English speaker (you need to have an English certificate such as Cambridge, TOEFL etc);
→ Teaching experience required (at least 1 year);
→ Enjoys teaching English to both children and adults;
→ Great time and project management;
→ Creative person who likes to innovate in class;
→ Knowing Japanese is a great plus, but not required.
→ Already living in Japan is a plus!

Job Description

We currently have open positions in Kanto/Kansai area.

Responsibilities:
→ Creating curriculum for classes based on our guidelines;
→ Researching how to improve classes;
→ Planning, brainstorming and developing classes materials based on our guidelines;
→ Teaching English in person to kids from 3~12 years old, sometimes tutoring adults;
→ Writing daily and monthly reports to students' parents;
→ Organizing events at the school or any outdoor activities;
→ Meeting and reporting to the school's management;
→ Helping us with social media;
→ Other side projects.

You're expected to:
→ Work 5 days and rest 2 days (8 hours/day + 1 hour lunch break). Usually the shifts are from 11:00~20:00, but it depends on the school;
→ Like children;
→ Be on time;
→ Be open-minded and patient to deal with different cultures;
→ Have great teamwork.

→ Housing support: We can assist you in finding a new place to live. It’s important to mention that most apartments in Japan have a 2 year lease apartment contract and if you decide to leave before that, any fees or expenses will have to be handled by you.
