We are currently looking for a part-time UI/UX designer to join our team. No Japanese is required for this position! You will be required to design graphics and user interface elements for a number of different projects we're working on - these projects range from online retail (anime merchandise) to web development. Critical and logical thinking is an absolute must to create and handle complex workflows and processes.
Established over 10 years ago, we are a successful global retailer of anime merchandise and Japanese games and electronics. Our company is run by young, mostly foreign staff and we're focused on using the newest technologies to operate and grow our business efficiently. In 2017, we also launched Lunaris, which offers custom solutions to e-commerce businesses in Japan and around the world. We are now currently working on additional anime resources for the community, such as a price comparison tool and a GIF website.

Tasks
- Create, implement and optimize user interface designs
- Combine logic and creativity with design elements
- Create prototypes, mockups, and wireframes
- Independently create unique workflows/processes
- Spend time with floor workers to better understand the user experience
- Design graphics for a number of websites
Job Requirements
* Experience designing an application interface

Monday to Friday: 16h+/week
