▼Researching properties

• Your job starts with searching for properties and land for sale.
• First, collect information on what properties are on the market.
• Use real estate information sites and industry networks to find new properties and land to sell.
• We handle everything from one-room apartments to commercial buildings and detached houses.
• Our strength is that we can immediately purchase used properties, properties in rural areas, leased land/land, properties that cannot be rebuilt, and existing properties that are not suitable for cash.

▼Business Simulation

Before purchasing a property or land, we thoroughly evaluate its value. We determine how much you should buy it for, taking into account the location, condition, future value, etc. We also consider whether renovations can restore value and improve functionality.

▼Property negotiations

We contact real estate agencies and owners to negotiate the purchase of properties and land. At this time, we also decide on the price and purchase conditions.

▼Reporting to the company and making a decision

Once negotiations with the owner are concluded, we report the information to the company. We make the final decision together with the company and decide whether to proceed with the purchase.

▼Support for contract procedures

Once the purchase of the property or land is decided, we support the contract procedures. We create contracts with the owners and prepare the necessary documents to ensure that the transaction is completed successfully.

▼Information sharing within the team

Information about properties and land that have been purchased is shared within the team. We work with other departments to consider how to utilize the property.

The base salary is also high at over 270,000 yen per month, so you can focus on gaining experience and building your network without financial worries.
