Job Description

(1)データ分析による改善策の提案および推進（経営改善、マーケティング他）
・会員データを分析し、解約者の予測モデルを作成し、対策案を作成
・様々なDBから有効なデータとその組み合わせを見い出し、プロモーションを実施
(2)機械学習等による業務改善システムの作成
・非定型の情報を自然言語処理と機械学習により整理し、スピーディーに処理
・AIチャット・ボットの設定および運用と大量ログ・データを分析し、精度を向上
・SQL等を用いたデータ抽出、集計、加工
・SPSS、SAS、R、Python等を使用した統計解析/データマイニング
・BI、Tableauの使用および資料作成
・機械学習、AIを組み込んだシステム開発（要件定義から参画）
