社長秘書兼英文事務全般を募集します。

経営陣を含む、営業メンバーのサポート、カスタマーサポートをお任せします。

<具体的には>

・海外事務(書類整備のためのメールでのコンタクト)

・海外取引先とのアポイント調整/取引担当者との各種交渉

・海外向けにSNS等を使ったRP担当者

・アポイントメント・スケジュール管理など社長秘書業務全般など

社長秘書業務兼英文事務全般を担って頂きます。また、社長が関与する広報・採用業務にも関わって頂きます。20代・30代の社員が中心で、周りには女性スタッフもいますので働きやすい環境です。現在はコロナの影響のため、「在宅勤務」からスタートして頂きます。

We are looking for the president’s secretary and all English-language affairs.
We will support sales members, including management, and customer support.

・Overseas affairs (email contact for document maintenance):
・Adjustment of appointments with overseas business partners/various negotiations with the person in charge of transactions.
・RP personnel using SNS etc. for overseas
・Appointment, schedule management, etc., general secretary duties, etc., etc.

You will be responsible for the secretarial duties of the president and the overall administration of English. In addition, you will also be involved in public relations and recruitment work in which the president is involved. Most of our employees are in their twenties and thirties, and there are female staff around them, so it is a comfortable working environment. Currently, due to the corona irus, we will start from “remote work”.

<必須要件>
・営業事務経験がある方
・表計算/文書作成などのPCスキルをお持ちの方
・長期間の1社就労を前提にしている方

・Person who has sales office experience
・Person who has PC skills such as spreadsheet/document creation
・Those who are supposed to work for one company for a long time
