■業務内容（mission）
・チームの技術成長を寄与する質の高いコーディングを行う
・全体コードレビューを担当しながら、チームメンバーの技術フォローやタスク工数の見積もりなどを行う
・起動的かつ効率的な開発のためのアーキテクチャを、責任者、ディレクター、designerなどの開発チームと話し合い機能実装における技術リードを行う
・関連チームと協力しながら、同時多重にすすむプロジェクトの推進調整、リソース分配、ロードマップの策定を行い課題解決を図る
