Part-time  position for qualified English teacher with Japan experience available now. 12 contact hours per week plus available overtime. With potential for increased hours for the right candidate. All our students are highly motivated and many are studying for Cambridge exams and / or IELTS. We are a Cambridge Exam preparation centre and the only OET Venue in Japan. Classes are available from young learner to adults. We have both group classes and 1:1s. We also have offsite work with various colleges and universities.

Most of our teachers are Cambridge Delta qualified and the opportunity is there for any of our teachers who want to challenge themselves via PD. Salaries are paid monthly and there is an annual increase on the completion of each contract. There are five-weeks paid leave.

Job Requirements

Availability required on three or four days per week which must include weekends, our busiest days.

Minimum Cambridge Celta level (or similar) qualification required, Delta preferred.

Minimum two years' Japan experience. Knowledge of IELTS / Cambridge exams preferred.
