Job Requirements
Advanced level of Japanese N2
At least 4 years of development experience in IT industry (SI, package vendor, system construction, etc.) and experience as a project leader or project manager
At least 3 years of experience in upstream process (customer negotiation, requirement definition)
Experience in creating proposals and project documents
Experience in system construction projects based on packages
