Job Description

At Blue Language Solutions we aim to teach communicative English lessons to students with the goal to spark their interest into learning a second language and their curiosity about the world. In order to do so, we are currently looking for Native English Instructors to complete the current school year. The start of the second semester is scheduled for August 23rd. The latest start date would be September 1st.

●Part time Junior high school teacher in Osaka
●WORKING HOURS; teach around 12 lessons /week over 3 days from 8:00 to 15:30
●SALARY; 150,000/month
●TRANSPORTATION; Fully covered
●CONTRACT; August 23rd 2021 to March 2022(dispatch)

There is currently 1 open position. It is for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. There are a total of 12 lessons per week. The salary is at Y150,000 per month. There are lessons conducted as team teaching with a Japanese English teachers, most lessons are conducted alone with half of the group at a time.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be a native English speaker.
Must be able to commit to a one-year contract.
Be a collaborative, communicative and patient person.
Participate in school meetings and events as necessary.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Previous teaching experience in Japan as well as elsewhere valued.
Teaching certificates (e.g. TESOL, CELTA, BEd, MA TESOL) are preferred but not required.
Japanese language abilities are a bonus.
