- Acts as Business Analyst to gather client’s business requirements specifically for payroll.
- Collects Japan payroll legal regulations and analyzes Japan legal requirements
- Supports the Development Team in preparing software requirement specification.
- Ensure product compliance with the statutory and regulatory changes according to Japan perspective.
- Participate in System testing and documentation.
- Has in depth understanding of Japan payroll related regulations
- Experience in managing payroll compliances (Individual taxation and payroll legal regulation) for Japan is a definite plus
- Hands-on experience in handling compliances through Global payroll product for large organization across countries is a definite plus.
