- Experience leading classes or performing for young children and their parents

Job Description

Our teachers lead dynamic and interactive preschool prep (1.5-2.5yrs), preschool/kindergarten (2-6yrs), after school/Saturday school (3-6yrs) and mommy & me classes (0-5yrs). The curriculum for our drop-off programs has been developed in Japan and is a combination of Gymboree original play, music, art, global kids activities and English learning activities.

We provide excellent paid training, support, and motivation to help you grow and succeed. Employees are thoroughly trained in the Gymboree Method of Teaching, operation of our facilities, and child development. This training requires a commitment to learn and grow, and is a long-term proposition. As a teacher at Gymboree, you will gain skills that will not only make you a better teacher but also a better parent in the future.

<Work Location> Motoazabu (Hiroo) (8min walk from Hiroo Station on the Hibiya Line)

<Work Days & Hours> 4 days a week including Saturday (shorter day on Saturdays)

Teachers can add days by covering for other teachers at any of our locations in the Tokyo region
Successful teachers may be asked to work full time from April 2023

<Hourly Salary>

Training: 1,500 yen/hr

After Training: ¥234,000/month (for 4 days up to 30 hours)
