We are looking for individual(s) with strong service communication skills who is interested in developing a career in Information Technology Services Industry. The right candidate does not need a professional degree but should understand basic computer and application use and is interested in helping customers solve problems.
This position can be work from home as long as service levels are maintained professionally. Due to the nature of the entry level support work strong Japanese language skills are required. Due to the international nature of the business good English communication skills are also needed.
Training and on-going support will be provided by the local support team, so it is not expected that the candidate understands the preliminary solutions.
A good personality with an interest and willingness to learn are key to this entry level position.
This job position will primarily provide remote telephone and pc assistance to customers across Japan.
- This position is possible to work from home or in the company office in Shibuya area.
- This position will work with a small team for tracking and solving problems
- This position will provide a strong foundation understanding for future on-site IT Support.
The I.S. Department is has offices in 15 cities and 10 countries across Asia Pacific. This position will primarily be part of the Japan team but will have opportunities to work with regional teams and international clients.
As part of the Remote Support Services team, this position will have some flexibility with work hours during the week if professional standards are maintained in working together with the team.
