Job Description
Fun American Club is looking for an ambitious English conversation teacher to join our family-run school teaching American English to Japanese elementary, junior-high, and high-school students. Working at a small private school means that you will have opportunities to contribute to and learn about all aspects of the teaching business, from teaching to curriculum development and administration.
Class times are currently from 4 p.m. to 8 or 9 p.m. M, W, Th, F, but we are growing and expect to increase the number of classes when you get settled in and can help with the load.
We value your experience but can also offer you continuing education opportunities as you demonstrate your potential.
Pay starts at 1700 JPY and we will subsidize travel up to 400 yen/day.
