Job Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, both toC and toB (hospitality is required)
• Ability to respond in a courteous and flexible manner (as you will be dealing with a wide variety of customers and stakeholders)
• Interpersonal and presentation skills to promote proposals and marketing activities. Japanese language skills (level that can be used in business)
• Japanese language skills (level that can be used in business)

Advantageous

• Experience in community management (staff level is acceptable).
• Experience in event planning and operation (regardless of genre)

Global Trust Networks, Inc. has been selected as a foreigner startup support provider for the Shibuya Startup Deck (Shibudeku), an initiative of Shibuya Ward, since April this year. The company has been selected as a foreigner startup support provider for the Shibuya Startup Deck (Shibudeku) proposed by Shibuya Ward. We are responsible for educating visitors to the Shibuya Startup Deck about the startup visa system and promoting its use. The goal is to produce many foreign entrepreneurs through the support of foreign startups.

Coordinator

• Provide information to foreign nationals who are considering starting a business.
• Provide information to foreign nationals who want to start their own businesses.
• Planning and operation of events held by Shibudeku
• Creation and implementation of measures to raise awareness of the system

Team composition
As of November 2022, there are 3 members (1 Korean and 2 Japanese)
