Job Description

Customer support using SNS such as Whatsapp and Instagram in Indonesian

• Translation (Japanese ⇔ Indonesian / English ⇔ Indonesian)
• Marketing about Indonesia
• SNS updates
• Market research

Employment status: Contract employee

Initial contract is for 2 months.

Contract will be renewed upon expiration of the contract period if the individual wishes to renew and the company deems renewal necessary.

*Permanent employee promotion depending on ability and hard work.

 

Working hours :   10:00 - 19:00 hrs
Regular holidays: Every Saturday, Sunday, and January 1

仕事内容

・インドネシア語でのWhatsappやInstagraｍなどのSNSを使ったカスタマーサポート

・翻訳（日本語⇔インドネシア語/英語⇔インドネシア語）

・インドネシアに関するマーケティング

・SNS更新

・市場調査　

雇用形態：契約社員

初回契約は2ヶ月

契約期間満了時に本人が更新を希望し、会社が更新を必要と判断した場合に契約を更新。

*能力や頑張り次第で正社員登用あり

勤務時間　10：00 ～19：00　

休日       定例日    ：毎週    土曜日、日曜日、1月1日
