● Training: OJT at Kids World Approx. 5 days (Paid)
● 3 days or more a week, Monday through Friday, 5 hours or more a day
●Weekends and holidays off, summer and New Year vacations
● Transportation fee
● Over time fee (rate: over 8 hours/day: 25%)
● Insurance Work more than 20H/week and 88,000 yen/month ⇒Health insurance, Employees’ pension insurance, Defined Benefits pension plan and Employment insurance
