◆Required Skills

• Web design professional experience (5 years or more)
• HTML5 and CSS (must be able to write clean, responsive code from scratch)
• Figma (or Adobe XD, but preferably Figma)
• Professional portfolio (including graphic design work, landing pages etc.)
• Adobe Creative Cloud (mainly Photoshop and Illustrator)

◆Preferred Skills

• Conversational level Japanese
• Social media post creation/management experience (especially Instagram and TikTok)
• Photography experience (products and people)
• Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)

• For Japanese brands looking to break into the world of e-commerce we offer our ZenPlus EC-Mall where the best of “made in Japan” can market their goods to a global audience.

◆Why We Are Hiring

• In the past few years, we have opened 7 new language versions of our website, started 2 new
  services, and hired 20 new marketers. Furthermore, in this new year alone we added 2 more
  language versions and hired 3 more marketers. Because of this rapid growth we are looking to
  add another web designer to our current team. We want a web designer who can use
  HTML/CSS code to enhance our landing pages and support our marketers with tasks, such as
  Image creation for SNS platforms and advertisements.

<About the Position>
◆Position Title:  Web Designer

◆Duties

• Web Design
• Logo Design
• Illustration
• Packaging Design

◆Sample day at work  (Tasks may vary)

9:00~10:00 - Morning routine: Get coffee, greet everyone, check emails and tasks for the day, also have a short morning meeting at 9:30am to check in with the Design Team members
10:00~11:00 - Work on some small urgent tasks, or jump into working on a large task, such as making a landing page or creating images for ads.
11:00~12:00 - Crunch time: Focus on larger tasks
12:00~ 13:00 - Lunch Break
13:00~14:00 - Crunch time:Focus on larger tasks
14:00~15:00 - Reply to Slack messages, meet with another team to discuss the details of a task
15:00~16:00 - Check in on smaller task progress
16:00~17:00 - Finish up smaller tasks
17:00~18:00 - Wrap up: Have a short evening meeting to check on the progress of tasks, wrap up
work for the day.

◆Employment Type

• Permanent Employee (Full Time)

◆Working Hours

• Flex time - Core time from 10:00 -16:00 with up to 2 hours lunch
  →Two days off per week. *fixed working time required for the first few months due to OJT
  Year end and new years holidays
  26 paid days off per year (Increases year over year)

◆Salary

• 350,000〜 yen per month ※Negotiable based on experience
• Overtime paid separately per minute
• 2 Bonuses per year (based on personal and company results)
• 1 Raise per year (based on personal and company results)
