<LEAD YOUR OWN CLASSROOM IN TOKYO>
Are you passionate about teaching and looking for a role where you can make a real impact on your students?
Across our Ehime and Tokyo locations, more than 180 students (ages 4–18) have achieved EIKEN certifications from Grade 5 to Pre-1, reflecting our proven and effective teaching method.
We are looking for a motivated and reliable teacher to take charge of a classroom at our Tokyo location, which has been successfully operating for over a year. We are hiring for this position at our current Tokyo school, as well as considering a teacher who can start from next spring (2027) at a new Tokyo location.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with students and takes pride in their progress. While your main focus will be teaching, you will also be a key holder, responsible for; building strong relationships with existing students and parents, onboarding of new students (trial lessons, etc), flyer distribution and promotion, and more. You will serve as the head teacher and operator of this branch, with teaching being the key initial focus and future growth potential to assist in opening upcoming branches.
Your role will include:
- Teaching conversation and EIKEN-focused lessons (based on school curriculum)
- Supporting advanced students with exam preparation (e.g., TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS)
- Managing and maintaining a clean, positive classroom environment (opening/closing as a key holder)
- Assisting with school promotion activities (e.g., social media posts, flyers, and local outreach)
- Conducting trial lessons with potential students and supporting onboarding
All curriculum and teaching materials are provided, allowing you to focus on teaching and student development.

Regular Work Schedule (Reference):
- Tuesday to Friday: 1:40 PM – 9:40 PM (1-hour break)
- Saturday: 10:45 AM – 7:45 PM (1-hour break)
- Total: 36 hours per week (no overtime)
- As an after-school cram school, most workdays begin in the afternoon and end in the evening.
Irregular Work Schedule (Reference):
- EIKEN exam days: Sundays in October and January (twice per year)
- EIKEN Intensive Program (Long Vacations): 5 days each during spring, summer, and winter breaks — 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour break) x 4 days + 8:00AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
Salary (Reference):
- With TESOL or EIKEN Grade 1: ¥280,000
- With EIKEN Grade 1 and native-level English: ¥290,000
- With EIKEN Grade 1, TESOL, and native-level English: ¥300,000
