We are hiring new tour guides!
Your new company;
Japan Panoramic Tours/DOA Japan operates "one-day-group-bus" tours for international travelers.
Currently, we have five tours at two bases.
Tokyo : 1,Center of Tokyo 2,Mt. Fuji 3, Hakone
Osaka (Kyoto) : 4,Kyoto 5,Hiroshima
We seek anyone who can run our tours safely, knowledgeably and enjoyably! Please entertain our customers through all the seasons like Sakura, Olympics 2020 and new year holiday.
Your new role;
- Running "one-day-group-bus" tours .
- Leading customers to each spot safely with small talk about anything relating to Japan.
- Communicating with not only them but also all the shop staff, the bus driver and the operations team in English and Japanese.
- Handling with tour fees, tickets and vouchers.
The job condition;
- Working Hour: 7:00- 18:45
- Work Control & Holidays: Fortnight Shift ~ One month
- Wages: On average 11,000 yen per full day with Lunch (Transportation fees Included)
- Necessary Documents: Resume with your career, Residence Card with working permit
- Conditions: Welcome international students, working holiday makers and inexperienced people
- You need to live in Japan even when you are applying for this role
- Visa, withholding and insurance need to be prepared by yourself
What you'll need to succeed;
- English Business level/ Japanese conversational level.
(Fluency in other languages is a plus) - Confidence, responsibility and punctuality to make tours safe.
- Hospitality, wide knowledge, kindness to make customers happy.
We have audio machines for basic information in 8 languages in the bus. You do not need to have special knowledge at first. The more important thing is Responsibility, punctuality and hospitality.
