What is a Student Success Manager?
As a Student Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing students’ learning progress and building trust with parents through effective communication. This position involves providing students with the optimal learning experience to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- "Schedule Management":
→ Ensure lessons progress as planned, adjust schedules as needed, identify issues, and implement improvements. - "Enhancing Customer Satisfaction":
→ Deliver high-quality service and work on improving satisfaction based on feedback from parents and students. - "Tracking Student Progress":
→ Monitor students’ learning progress and strengthen support systems if delays occur.

Working Hours:
- Basic: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour break)
- Semi-flexible system: Adjustments can be made based on meeting schedules.
- Remote work available: 2–3 days per week in the office, with flexible options upon consultation.
Holidays and Leave:
- Generally a 5-day work week with flexible arrangements based on schedules and client needs.
- Monthly holidays determined by the number of Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in the month.
- Substitute days off are available for working on public holidays.
- Mondays are generally workdays, but negotiable if needed.
