Job Description
Better U Inc is opening up a number of UFC GYMs in Japan to combine physical fitness with English Education and are looking Coaches to lead the training sessions (English classes) for both children and adults
Responsibilities
To identify areas for improvement in all parts of the &IA system. This includes: the level-appropriate content and delivery of lessons, lesson stages and format, teaching methodology, curriculum development, curriculum testing, the digital interface including the user-interface and user-experience for both youth and adult English classes.
Curriculum development
- Understanding the process of how the &IA curriculum is being developed
- Analyzing content using digital tools to create graded reading passages
- Meeting and conferring with our KOL to go over the progress of development and seek advice and suggestions on how to improve it
- Assist in the design of lesson plans and materials
Digital Materials, Interface and Experience
- Provide input into the student and teacher user experience and interface using our online software.
- Make suggestions for improvement to the system
- Help create level-appropriate content for digital learning
Salary
- Project based with opportunity for more
- Pay: 6,000 yen per hour for a 5-day boot camp. Approximately 30 hours total
Timing
- If preparations go smoothly, we are planning to hold this at the end of August.
