【Minimum Requirements】
- 3+ years of frontend development experience
- 1+ year of experience in SPA development using component-based frameworks/libraries like React
- Experience with statically typed languages such as TypeScript
- Basic proficiency in Japanese for business

- Development experience with React Native
- Interest or experience in UI/UX design
- Experience using GitHub for collaborative development
- Experience contributing to or publishing open-source software (OSS)

【Position Overview】
We're seeking team members to contribute to the development of user-facing components, emphasizing usability and accessibility. We value proactive engagement in UI/UX discussions, encouraging team members to propose ideas beyond design specifications.
In our in-house environment with marketers, designers, and engineers, cross-disciplinary collaboration is seamless. Our team structure integrates frontend and backend responsibilities, allowing each project to be independently completed by a single team.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Implement elements and components of InstaBase's user interfaces
- Develop libraries to manage components
- Collaborate with designers to build a design system
- Set up environments for testing, linting, and other measures to enhance quality
- Work on initiatives such as page speed improvement.
