職務内容

We are "Universal Kids Shinagawa" and "E-STEM Kids (operating since April 2025) - a preschool childcare & after school facility - located on the first floor of the Gotenyama Trust Tower adjacent to the Marriott Hotel near Shinagawa Station. (Free shuttle bus service is available from Shinagawa Station)

Partner schools: UK Yokohama, UK Bangkok (Thailand), Global Education Center(next to UK Yokohama)

About the position

English conversation teacher using online games for elementary school students, along with some older and junior high school students.

The main game used is Minecraft, and the curriculum also include lessons using visual programming languages.

Those who are fluent in Japanese and interested in management may be offered full-time and managerial positions based on performance.

Work Conditions

① Part-time (Remote work)
2–5 days per week
Weekdays: 3–6 hours between 15:30–21:30 hrs
Weekends: 3–8 hours between 8:00–19:00  hrs

② Full-time
8 working hours between 10:00–21:30 hrs
2 days off per week (shift-based).
Saturday or Sunday work is required
Expected to commute to the office twice per week; remote work is the main style

Japanese proficiency N2 or above is required

Compensation

❶ Part-time:
¥1,350 ~ ¥2,000 per hour (¥1,200 during 1–2 month training)
(depending on experience, evaluations by students/parents)

❷ Contract employee (with possibility of promotion to full-time):
Starting salary ¥240,000~¥300,000/month (includes 15 hours of deemed overtime)
Based on skill and personality
Performance bonuses available, full transportation costs paid separately (up to ¥30,000/month)
