Job Requirements
- International Driver’s License is a must
- Reading, writing and speaking English at an everyday conversational level

- Standard working days are 5 days per week, occasionally up to 6 days per week with additional pay

Job Description
Guest Experience Ambassadors (GEA) have a wide range of duties focusing on giving guests the best experience possible. The GEA will be the first and last NISADE face that guests will see and remember. While the primary role of the GEA is to drive guests, there is much more to the service. In providing small talk, GEA`s must be able to suggest activities, restaurants, and locations the guest may like. GEA`s must make themselves aware of any specials occurring and must be intuitive to the guest in their suggestions.
GEA's are to assist Front Desk staff wherever possible, especially during busy check in periods when there are many tasks to complete. When allocated a task by Front Desk Staff, GEA's must perform the task in a timely manner or assist in finding another GEA if already tasked with a job.
- Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact: escort them to assigned room; present the room by giving a quick guide how to use appliances tools
- Assist guest with luggage's and escorting guest.
- Always logs in and reports daily tasks to supervisor
- Be able to inform guest of current promotion / activities in resort and upsell guest services
- Be able to make restaurant booking via phone call / online by guest signed T&C approval, receive the restaurant confirmation, and drive the guest to restaurant if is necessary
- Support the front desk agent for managing lobby traffic and maintain its cleanliness
- Answers incoming calls at the front desk
- Following checklists to ensure cleanliness of public area, bathroom, Onsen, hallways and corridors
- Assist the front desk staff for any in house guest inquiries like amenities / linen / rental items in the property
- Assist with snow clearing property entrances and balconies
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
