1. Arrangement, collection, and maintenance of guest rental equipment
2. Handling guest orders (delivery of amenities, towels, etc.)
3. Lost and found management (input, shipping, etc.)
4. Arrangements for birthdays, etc. (towel art, gift delivery, etc.)
