Job Description

We are looking for restaurant service staff for our hotel.

If you are able to perform overall duties, you will also be responsible for planning seasonal menus together with us.

Specific job description

1. General hall service (food replenishment, serving food, wagon service)
2. Welcoming guests at the restaurant, guiding them to their seats, and explaining the dishes.
3. Restaurant accounting duties
4. "Dish Up" duties (final check of finished dishes and orders to the kitchen)
5. Sommelier duties (sommelier certification required)

If you have English or Chinese language skills, you can make use of them when dealing with customers from overseas.

<具体的なお仕事内容>

1.ホールサービス全般(料理補充、配膳業務、ワゴンサービス)

2.店頭でのお迎え、席へのご案内、お料理の説明

3.レストラン会計業務

4.デシャップ業務(仕上がったお料理の最終チェックと料理場へのオーダー)

5.ソムリエ業務(ソムリエ資格取得者)
