Job Description
ROLE TITLE
English Administration Assistant
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You’ll be joining an office team of 10+ staff members helping out with various tasks related to the English language reporting to your supervisor. The tasks cover simple English customer support, translation of marketing materials from Japanese into English, English product copy as well as simple data analysis and data preparation in English.
Most tasks will be trained on the job and are relatively easy to learn. Other skills that are brought along that can be applied will be remunerated accordingly. See more below:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS

- Must currently be in Japan
- Microsoft Office, you must know how to use Excel and Word.

THESE SKILLS WILL INCREASE THE PAY BUT ARE NOT NECESSARY:
- Basic understanding of HTML / CSS
- Photoshop/illustrator experience
- Video editing experience
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge and passion for food and cooking
- Experience with e-commerce
THESE SKILLS WILL BE REMUNERATED EXTRA IF YOU BRING THEM ALONG:
- Skilled and experienced with food photography
- Great skill and experience in product marketing and graphic design
- Highly skilled and experienced IT
- Highly skilled with MS excel and KPI data preparation

PAY
- JPY 220,000 - JPY 260,000 / month
- Up to JPY 13,000 transport allowance/month
- Pay raise every year based on performance
WORKING HOURS
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00 - 18:00 (1h break included)
- All national holidays off
