Job Requirements

Japanese or English: Business proficiency in either language is acceptable

▼ Data Infrastructure

• Ability to implement and operate workflows using workflow management tools to realize complex requirements
• Design and operation of tables using OLAP concepts such as star schema and denormalization
• Ability to design RDBMS tables and build infrastructure
• Design, implementation, and operation of mechanisms such as regression testing and data monitoring to maintain data quality

▼ Infrastructure Related

• Construction of production execution environment for data analysis infrastructure and update pipelines on public clouds such as AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
• Ability to build production execution environments for code using Docker ・Experience in development using public clouds such as AWS or GCP

▼ Data Analytics

• Definition of analysis requirements from customer needs and ability to visualize appropriate data

Advantegous

• Experience managing teams of 2 to 5 members or more, and achieving results not as individuals but as a team
• Development experience with Python
• Engineering experience in the financial domain
• English proficiency at the level of everyday conversation
• Experience in server-side development of web applications ※1: It is not necessarily required to have financial knowledge for this position, as it is aimed at driving projects jointly with financial professionals both internally and externally.

▼データ基盤

・ワークフローマネジメントツールを使い、複雑な要件を実現するワークフローを実装、運用できる

・スタースキーマや非正規化など、OLAP の考え方を用いたテーブルの設計と DB の運用が行える

・RDBMS のテーブル設計やインフラ構築を行える

・回帰テストやデータモニタリングなど、データの品質を保つために必要な仕組みの設計、実装、運用ができる

▼インフラ関連

・データ分析基盤と更新パイプラインの本番実行環境を、AWS 等のパブリッククラウド上に、Terraform 等の IaC ツールを用いて構築できる

・Docker を用いてコードの本番実行環境を構築できる

・AWS や GCP などのパブリッククラウドを用いた開発経験

▼データアナリティクス

・顧客のニーズから分析要件を定義し、適切なデータの可視化が行える

・2 ~ 5 名以上のチームをマネジメントして、個人ではなくチームとして成果を出した経験

・Python による開発経験

・金融領域でのエンジニアリング経験

・日常会話レベルの英語能力

• Development of aggregation logic for creating economic statistics from purchasing data
• Design and implementation of stable data pipelines for processing large-scale data
• Development related to EDA, cleansing, and visualization using Python
• Handling inquiries about data aggregation methods from customers
• Design and operation of BI analysis tools

In addition, there may be opportunities for the following tasks in the future:

• Creation of insight reports on personal consumption trends/sector consumption trends
• Promotion of PoC projects for the utilization of big data with business companies
• Design, construction, and operation of data infrastructure for analysis services for institutional investors
• API development and data mart development for web applications for investment analysis
• Development and operation of macro indexes using big data

• 購買データから経済統計を作るための集計ロジックの開発
