- Familiarity with internal business tools (ZOHO CRM, Google Workspace, MailChimp, Yahoo Business, Microsoft 365)
- Ability to create, improve, and optimize company and client online presence
- Data entry and database maintenance skills
- Experience with social media account management
- Fluent in English; Japanese ability is a plus
- Currently living in Japan with a valid work visa (sponsorship for renewal available)

Web and IT Solutions Specialist
We are a luxury tourism and luxury goods marketing company with a long history but a fun start-up mentality. We are seeking a talented Web and IT Solutions Specialist to join our fantastic team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in website hosting, setup, and maintenance using platforms like GoDaddy, Drupal, and Shopify. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and improving our internal IT tools such as ZOHO CRM, Google Workspace, and other company software.
The role offers flexibility, with options to start as Freelance or Part-Time but our preference is for Full-Time as the volume of work is increasing. The candidate must be currently residing near Tokyo with a valid work visa, although we can provide sponsorship for visa renewal.
Job Description:
- Build, maintain, and improve current websites for company and clients
- Setup and manage company IT tools (ZOHO CRM, Google Workspace, GoDaddy)
- Develop new websites and customize them to match client requests (not web design)
- Optimize company and client online presences
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Some management of social media accounts and online marketing tools
- Collaborate with a seasoned and reliable team to ensure the highest quality of work
- Provide technical support and training to staff and clients as needed
