Job Description
This position involves front desk duties at a city hotel with 117 rooms, including both the main building and the annex. We are forming a new project team to attract a wide range of international guests by leveraging our hotel's appeal, particularly its focus on "food."
Even if you have no prior front desk experience, we welcome individuals who enjoy customer service and can interact with people in a friendly and cheerful manner.
Specific Duties:
- Check-in and check-out procedures
- Reservation management
- Handling phone inquiries
- Responding to guest requests
- Room management
- Enhancing online travel agency (OTA) listings and implementing strategies for international guests
- Planning and executing inbound marketing strategies using the website and social media
- Revenue management tasks
- Arranging group accommodations
Work assignments will be tailored according to your experience. Those with experience in hotel operations, marketing, or revenue management will be entrusted with significant responsibilities and given a high degree of autonomy. For those without experience, we will start you with simpler tasks and gradually help you become more familiar with the role.
Additionally, candidates with experience living or traveling abroad, particularly those who have experience in guest services or international sales, will be given preferential consideration.
Work Hours:
- Shift-based schedule
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 9:00 AM (Overnight shift) *For those working overnight shifts, a 120-minute break is provided.

About Hotel Continental Fuchu: Our hotel features a unique connection to our directly owned 100% organic farm in Aomori. We are involved in the breeding and raising of thoroughbred horses, and we use their compost to cultivate completely organic vegetables and herbs, free from chemical fertilizers. We also raise free-range chickens for egg production and harvest wild vegetables and herbs.
