• We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, has a positive attitude, and is interested in joining a growing school.
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Be able to do simple work tasks: Teaching lessons, do simple lesson prep and clean up as required, such as getting flashcards, putting them away etc.
• Additional benefits: Transportation fees are covered by the company.
• Due to it being a part time position you should already have a visa that allows you to work in Japan.
• We have classes Monday to Saturday, and sometimes events on Sundays too. Just let us know your free times and availability.

About Firefly English Discovery Center:

We are a growing school and dedicated to teaching young learners English in an enjoyable and effective way. Our locations include Senrioka, Takatsuki, Minoh, Awaji, Sumiyoshi, and Toyonaka, all easily accessible from Umeda.

We have assembled a caring and positive team and are seeking to expand our talented staff.

Position Details:

• Teach engaging story and game-based lessons for children.
• If you enjoy helping students speak naturally and have fun, we welcome you to our team!
• Have the opportunity to participate in additional events, such as Halloween.

Availability:

• Positions are available now, simply let us know when you can start.
• Other positions are coming up soon too due to demand.
• Flexible schedules available.

Lessons and students:

• Lesson types vary; we have a mix of kindergarten, elementary, junior high school, and some adult students.
• You will get to see the classes and meet the students beforehand.

Pay:

• 2,000 to 2,500 yen per lesson plus transportation -> Negotiable based on experience, number of lessons etc.

Schedule:

• We offer lessons in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
• A mix of 2 to 6 lessons at a time.

• You can apply for just a morning of work, an afternoon, a couple of days or a full 5 days a week too.

• Our training system gets you into classes quickly. We just need you to be enthusiastic and eager to learn.
