Job Requirements

  1. We are urgently seeking German speaking staff for our expanding business. You must be a German native or speak German at a native level as we cater to a German speaking demographic in Germany, Austria and Swiss.
  2. You MUST have experience living in Japan. We can't deal with new-comers and deal with the adjustment period that usually takes 1 year.
  3. You MUST speak basic Japanese to be able to communicate with the office members who are all Japanese.
  4. We can sponsor a full time working visa. Even if you're not in Japan.
  5. We need you to start as soon as possible.
  6. If you're currently living in another location in Japan we will eventually ask you to relocate to Nagoya. We can offer remote work until you are ready to move. We're happy to assist.If any of the above requirements is not met, we will have to ignore the application.

We are a dynamic startup, established in November 2023 in Nagoya, specializing in exporting luxury German cars from Japan directly to consumers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. With demand skyrocketing, we are expanding rapidly and need talented international staff to join our journey.

Your Role:

As part of our team, you’ll take charge of all German-language tasks, including:

Managing customer inquiries in German, including social media DMs and comments

Handling administrative work (emails, phone calls, paper work) in German

What We’re Looking For:

German fluency: Native or native-equivalent level

Basic Japanese proficiency: To communicate with our team

Experience living in Japan: Essential for understanding the local work environment

No prior skills required—you’ll receive full on-the-job training. However, if you bring significant experience or specialized skills, we’re ready to reward you with a competitive salary.
