Required skills
■Bilingual Skills : Japanese and English (Business Level)
■ Experience in model-based development, database setup, HILS, or management in control software sales/development
Preferred Experience
■Experience with Vector/dSPACE, SimScape, Amesim, or in automotive, electrical, or mechanical industries
■Support for overseas clients, successful project experience, multi-industry background

Job Description:
Collaborate with our company’s technical and engineering departments to plan, design, and promote projects aimed at expanding the India Captive Center.
■Specific responsibilities include:
・Requesting work from offshore partners
・Creating design specifications for offshore projects
・Explaining projects and developments to offshore teams
・Conducting quality checks on deliverables
・Progress management and reporting
・Supporting communication with offshore teams
■Main target industries
・Automotive OEM and or suppliers
■Target processes
・Control model development, operation code composition, unit testing
■The new organization will be established with the following structure:
・Project Managers: 2 (1 team leader, 1 deputy)
・Technical Sales: 1
・Onsite Engineers: 3
・Bridge Engineers: 3
Salary Details
- Salary increase once a year
- Expected annual income: 12 million to 15 million yen
- Expected salary: 1 million to 1.25 million yen

- Commuting allowance (maximum 150,000 yen)
