Job Requirements
We are seeking English instructors for our upcoming English Camp. Candidates will be considered based on the following requirements:
- Must be a native English speaker.
- Current residency in Japan is required.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher is necessary.
- A minimum of one year teaching experience in Japan.
- Valid work authorization in Japan.
- Availability for the entire duration of the English Camp (no partial availability)
- Experience teaching English at junior and/or senior high schools is preferred.

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible, and reliable educators who are passionate about teaching children of various ages. The ideal candidate will:

If chosen for a position in this camp, the applicant:
- Must be able to create and develop a lesson plan for their class, based on an assigned topic given.
- Must attend a mandatory meeting online February 10th, 2025. *Date/time subject to change.
Event Details:
- Location: Kobe area, targeting junior high school students.
- Class Size: Each class will consist of 8-12 students.
- Group Count: A total of 14-20 groups.
- Schedule: A total of five 50-minute classes per day.
Dates & Times:
- Camp #1 - March 10th (Monday) & 11th (Tuesday).
- Camp #2 - March 13th (Thursday) & 14th (Friday).
- 09:00 - 16:00 on each day.

Compensation:
- Total payment: 36,000 yen for each 2-day camp (includes mandatory meeting and lesson prep).
- Transportation costs will be covered in addition to the camp payment. (Kansai region only)
