  • Native level proficiency in Spanish.
  • Japanese proficiency: Business level (appx.JLPT N2 or better)
  • English proficiency: Business level (TOEIC 800 or higher).

  • Experience in translation.
  • Work experience at small to medium-sized enterprises.
  • Experience in the cross-border EC industry or Customer Support.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Proficiency in other languages.

Job Description

Since its launch, the Spanish version of ZenMarket has seen significant growth among users worldwide. To support our expanding community, we are seeking a Spanish native speaker proficient in both Japanese and English.

You will serve as a vital link between our domestic operations and our international .customers, managing email inquiries, translation projects, and small-scale projects or workflow improvements.

◆Why We Are Hiring

As of this year, our Spanish marketing team consists of four experienced digital marketers who are driving awareness of our ZenMarket service across Spain and Latin America. However, one of our Spanish marketers has moved into a managerial role, expanding their focus beyond the Spanish market. To maintain our commitment to our Spanish speaking users, we are looking for an experienced digital marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be actively involved in the full digital marketing process, from campaign planning and execution to social media management and data analysis, helping us continue our strong presence in our second-largest user base.

<About the Position>
◆Position Title

  • Spanish language customer support

◆Main duties

  • Handling multilingual customer inquiries (only via chat)
  • Cooperation and reporting with other teams when handling complaints
  • Management of remote operators (part-time staff)
  • Other related duties (e.g., translation)

◆Employment Type
・Permanent employee (Full-Time)
※ Probationary period of 3 months
・On-site work (Remote Work not available)

◆Working Hours

  • 9:15 ~ 18:15
  • Flex time available: Core time 10:00 - 16:00 (8 hours of actual work)
    *Up to 2 hours lunch break
  • Two days off per week. (Saturday, Sunday)
  • Year end and New Year's holidays (4 days)
  • Total 26 paid days off per year (Increases year over year)

◆Salary

  • 270,000~ (Negotiable based on previous experience and ability)
  • Bonus twice a year (June and December)

Selection Process

  1. 1st Interview (Recruiting Team)
    • Online or In-person (45-60 min).
    • Logic test + Customer support test (Logic test is not conducted during online interviews)
  2. 2nd Interview
    • In-person (45-60 min)
    • Travel expenses up to 27,000 JPY available for candidates outside the Kansai region.
    • Logic Test + Translation test
  3. 3rd Interview (HR Planning Team)
    1. Online or In-person (45-60 min).
    2. Situation Test
