Sales Associate – Premium CBD & Wellness Retail

Tokyo (Harakado – Tokyu Plaza Harajuku & Shinjuku Marui)

HealthyTOKYO is Japan’s CBD pioneer and a leader in natural, plant-based wellness and gluten-free foods. Established in 2011, we operate premium CBD Shops & Cafés in some of Tokyo’s most exciting retail destinations.

We are currently looking for a friendly, energetic, and internationally minded Sales Associate to join our retail team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, wellness products, premium retail, and communicating with both international and Japanese customers.

Depending on the day, you may have the opportunity to work between our Harakado location at Tokyu Plaza Harajuku and our Marui location in Shinjuku, two of Japan’s leading tourism and commercial areas. Through this experience, you will interact with a wide variety of customers and further develop and refine your sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in English and Japanese
• Explain and recommend CBD, wellness, and food products
• Support sales growth through excellent customer engagement
• Operate POS/register and handle daily shop operations
• Maintain attractive product displays and shop cleanliness
• Help manage inventory and stock replenishment
• Support promotional activities and sampling events
• Occasionally assist café operations when needed
