- Must currently reside in Japan and be legally authorized to work.
- Bachelor`s Degree or equivalent required
- Teaching experience preferred but enthusiastic and fast learners are welcome to apply.
- Passion for working with children.
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional.
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching English or working with children.
- TESOL or other teaching certificate is a plus.
- Basic Japanese language skills are an advantage but not required.
- Creative and engaging teaching style and willingness to learn.
Work Schedule
Regular Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 13:30 to 18:00
Summer School (Required availability)
- Must be available from the third week of July through the fourth week of August.
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 to 16:00
Applicant must be able to commit full summer school schedule.
Weekend work is generally not required, except occasional special events.

Inspire young learners through fun, interactive, and meaningful educational experience.
As an after school teacher, you`ll lead English, Arts and Crafts, Science, Dance classes for kindergarten and elementary school students in a positive and supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering exciting lessons
- Creating engaging teaching materials
- Leading dynamic one hour classes
- Support children`s language development
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
Classes are one hour long, with 30 minutes to 1 hour of preparation and break time each day, depending on the schedule, giving you dedicated time to plan creative lessons and recharge between classes.
Full time position can be negotiated after 3 months of observation.
Classroom location: Shin-urayasu Campus and Nagareyama Campus
