You will operate equipment used in tofu production and handle related production work.
Main responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely
- Keep equipment and the work area clean
- Follow the production schedule
- Perform equipment maintenance
- Manage raw material inventory
- Carry out quality inspections
- Handle cleaning work and other related production tasks
This role covers more than machine operation. Safe operation, quality checks, process control and equipment care are all part of the work. You will need to understand each process, follow quality and safety standards, and make appropriate decisions based on the situation. You will learn the specialized knowledge and skills needed for the role as you work.
