Job Description
Bartolo English School is a warm, friendly and family-owned school located in Kanazawa, Japan. Kanazawa, otherwise as known as 'Little Kyoto' is a perfectly sized city of 500,000 which has all the modern comforts of Japan in a historically and culturally rich location with the sea on one side and the beautiful towering mountains on the other side. We are currently looking for a full-time conversation teacher who is prepared to teach all ages to start and is ready to start working with us as soon as possible. Cultural understanding, professionalism, creativity and dedication are essential. Applicants should consider this as a serious job, not a paid vacation. Outline:
Position: Full-time English Teacher
Salary: 270,000~300000yen (dependent upon experience and qualifications)
Start Date:
- September 1st 2026 (for applications inside Japan)
- As soon as possible for applicants outside of Japan depending on the visa process
Contract: One year (renewable upon mutual consent)
Location: Nomachi, Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan
Hours: 40 hours a week (5 days a week)
