Qualification Requirements

We are looking for teachers for our international team who:

・are native (or native-level) English speakers

・are culturally sensitive, professional, and have good communication skills

・are passionate about teaching children 

・can easily build a rapport with young students and their families

・are CURRENTLY living in Japan, have permission to work and capable of relocating in a timely manner .

Compensation / work schedule

・Full-time 250,000 yen - 300,000 yen / month  ( negotiable ) 

   40 work hours / week

・Location: KES classrooms and contracted kindergartens in Yamaguchi area

・Work Hours: weekday lessons between 1pm-9pm , 

   Saturday between 9AM – 6:00 PM

・Work Days: Full time: Saturdays + 4 weekdays / week

Renewable one year contract based on annual assessment 

Job Description

・Deliver 45 minute group lessons ( 3-6 students / class) , 50 min private lessons 

・Prepare for the lessons (set up the classroom, lesson preparation etc)

・Work together with the school staff to provide high quality lessons and customer service (communication and sales promotions)

・Deliver trial lessons to new students, special lessons and participate in seasonal events
