Job Description

Current Opening: Fire Safety Coordinator posting for Tokyo, Japan

Global Responders Group has a requirement for one (1) full-time Fire Safety Coordinator based in Tokyo, Japan.

Candidates must be experienced in fire safety and demonstrate ability to managing wardens and office fire safety, as well as, demonstrate the ability to perform risk assessments and create required reports.

Duties include:

• Implementing and maintaining inspection;
• Provide Warden training;
• Conduct drills and exercises;
• Maintain Wardens;
• Input into plans;
• Conduct assessments;
• Liaise with local fire brigade and authorities; and
• Building management

Required education:

• Diploma/Certificate

Prerequisite requirements and experience:

• Fire Safety: 5 years
• Language: Proficient in English - writing and speaking
• Language: Proficient in Japanese - writing and speaking (preferred)
• Instruction: Be able to create and present training programs
• Report Writing: Be able to provide examples of reports written and demonstrate ability

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: negotiated based on experience and qualifications

・火災安全に係る検査の実施と維持を行います。

・社内の自衛消防組織の訓練を実施します。

・社員の避難訓練と消防安全に係る講習を実施します。

・自衛消防隊組織の管理をします。

・消防計画の作成をします。

・火災安全に係る事業所の評価を実施します。

・地元の消防署、当局及びビル管理会社との連絡担当を担います。

〇候補者は、火災安全の経験があり、監視員とオフィスの火災安全を管理する能力を実証するとともに、リスク評価を実行して必要なレポートを作成する能力を実証する必要があります。

・卒業証書/証明書

〇前提条件と経験：

・火災安全：5年

・言語：英語が堪能-記述及び会話能力

・言語：日本語が堪能-記述及び会話能力（推奨）

・指導：トレーニングプログラムを作成してプレゼンテーションができる

・レポートの作成：作成されたレポートの例を提供し、能力を実証できる
