Berlitz Japan is accepting applications for full time English instructors at our Shinjuku and Seijo Language Centers in Tokyo, starting in the first week of April, 2021.

Successful applicants will teach kids, teens and adults in our Language Centers and at client sites, including large-group university or school classes, Junior High Schools and High Schools. All teaching materials are provided.

Job Requirements

• are native (or native fluent) English speakers
• are dynamic, mature and professional
• are culturally sensitive and have excellent organizational and communication skills
• are looking to work for a minimum of one year
• have a minimum of BA or BS degree
• are interested in teaching adults, teens and children
• are willing and able to travel to client sites
• experience of teaching large-group classes is beneficial though not essential as training will be provided

Interview Schedule

The interviews will be held in-person at our Shinjuku Language Center on the following dates:

• Monday, March 1 (11:00-13:00)
• Wednesday, March 3 (14:00-16:00)
• Tuesday, March 9 (11:00-13:00)
• Friday, March 12 (14:00-16:00)

Interviews will be conducted in socially-distanced rooms and all participants will be expected to wear a mask.
